Job summary

Intel's Global Construction Engineering (GCE) organization is expanding to accelerate the Foundry manufacturing roadmap. The role focuses on leading discipline scope, coordinating design, and driving design quality and cost efficiency across complex semiconductor facilities.

You will work with factory partners, industrial engineering teams, and external A/E partners in a fast-paced, safety‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architect-engineer design teams on semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
• Strong written, visual and verbal communication for technical topics.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop discipline scope and engineering solutions for construction projects.
• Coordinate with contract design, construction, scheduling, and estimating resources.
• Define design criteria, lead scope definition and detailed design progress.
• Lead multidisciplinary design activities to meet objectives, schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with estimators to ensure costs are captured and budgets met.
• Adhere to Intel master specifications and change processes.
