Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar context and work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to read dense regulatory material and summarize it clearly.
• Comfortable liaising with government offices and official institutions.
• Strong research, organizational and people skills.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages relevant to Europe or the Middle East, e.g. Arabic, German, French, are a plus)

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret the legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements for setting up business operations in target countries.
• Liaise with government agencies, investment promotion authorities, and free zone/economic zone offices on behalf of the company.
• Prepare documentation required for business registration, licensing, and investment incentive applications.
• Summarize findings from laws, regulations, and official guidance into clear, actionable reports for leadership.
• Track application timelines, follow up with relevant authorities, and manage correspondence.
• Support due diligence on local hiring, employment law basics, and office setup requirements.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, or local advisors as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all applications, licenses, and regulatory correspondence.
