Job summary

Lumileds Malaysia is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Reporting Systems Manager to create and manage BI solutions supporting global Supply Chain processes. This role blends technology with business insight, requiring strong project management, data mining and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead the enterprise reporting platforms, establish priorities, and present insights to senior leaders, driving standardized reports and data-driven decisions across sites.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in BI/Reporting and project management.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and OLAP.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, SSRS/SSIS, and Tableau.
• Ability to translate business needs into BI specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of enterprise reporting platforms.
• Set project priorities and resource allocation.
• Present insights to management with actionable recommendations.
• Develop KPI frameworks and predictive analytics.
• Harmonize reports across sites and drive data-driven decisions.
• Maintain BI platforms and troubleshoot data issues.
