Job summary

Lumileds Malaysia is seeking an experienced Manager to lead SAP Planning & Data Integration solutions, including IBP, CPI-DS, Datasphere, and SAC. You will own the planning data integration landscape, ensure system availability, and partner with global stakeholders to drive improvements and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP planning, integration, analytics, or enterprise application support.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP.
• Experience with SAP CPI-DS and enterprise integrations.
• Experience supporting SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as application owner and SME for SAP IBP planning solutions.
• Manage SAP CPI-DS integrations for planning, forecasting, and master data.
• Support SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud environments.
• Ensure operational stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate incidents, problems, and changes; lead tests and deployments.
• Define roadmaps and drive automation, cost optimization, and transformations.
• Design interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems; support data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams in Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and IT.
