Job summary

Lumileds International is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst (Master Data Analyst) to govern and improve supply chain master data across SAP and related systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity to support planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive data quality programs, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives, while enabling end-to-end supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP data governance and master data management.
• Ability to work with SAP and ERP/PLM systems for data maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy.

Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst (Master Data Analyst)

Who You Are:

The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining, governing, and improving supply chain master data across ERP and PLM systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. This role supports critical business processes including planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics by managing material, vendor, customer, and planning-related master data. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive data quality initiatives, process improvements, and digital transformation programs.

Position Summary:

This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in supply chain management tools to support seamless end-to-end supply chain performance.

What You Will Do:

Master Data Management

• Create, maintain, validate, and update supply chain master data within SAP and related systems.
• Manage material master records, sourcing information, warehousing and planning parameters.
• Ensure all master data requests comply with company policies, business rules, and governance standards.
• Perform mass uploads, updates, and data cleansing activities.

Data Quality & Governance

• Monitor master data quality metrics and proactively identify data issues.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies impacting planning, procurement, production, and inventory management.
• Support implementation of data governance frameworks and best practices.

Process Improvement & Analytics

• Analyze master data trends and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Support supply chain transformation projects, ERP implementations, and system enhancements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Supply Chain Planning

• Provide training and guidance to business users on master data standards and processes.
• Act as a key contact for master data-related inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning teams to maintain and validate master data that supports demand planning, supply planning, MRP execution, and inventory optimization.
• Serve as a key liaison between Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Operations, and IT to ensure master data changes are accurately reflected across enterprise systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews of master data changes to ensure compliance with governance standards and minimize operational disruptions.
