Job summary

A dynamic international company in Kuala Lumpur is offering an internship opportunity in Accounts Payable. The role involves handling routine processing of Payable transactions, ensuring timely payments, and supporting month-end processes. Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum internship duration of 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Handling routine processing and recording of all Payable transactions.
• Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices, intercompany loans, and employee reimbursements.
• Accurate and timely recording of transactions with complete supporting documents.
• Supporting the month-end process by providing documentation for month-end journals.
• Reporting on Aged Payables and other ad hoc reports as needed.
