Job summary

AI Rudder Pte Ltd is seeking a PR & Communications Lead to build and lead the global public relations function from the ground up. You will shape external communications, drive media relations, thought leadership, and executive profiling across priority markets in SEA and LATAM.

Reporting to the Head of Go-To-Market, this role requires a startup mindset, strong storytelling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the company’s reputation globally.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
• Experience managing or supporting analyst relations with Gartner, G2 or similar industry analysts.
• Ability to develop and execute PR strategies that strengthen brand awareness, thought leadership, corporate reputation, and employer branding.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex AI and technology concepts for enterprise audiences.
• Experience developing executive profiling programs, including media interviews, speaking engagements, podcasts, or award submissions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate independently and build new programs in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI Rudder’s global public relations and corporate communications strategy, aligned with Go-To-Market priorities and business objectives.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top global talent.
• Develop thought leadership programs, including bylines, executive commentary, and speaking opportunities.
• Lead analyst relations initiatives, building visibility with Gartner, G2, and other influential industry platforms.
• Partner with senior leadership to build executive profiles through media interviews, conferences, podcasts, and award submissions.
• Monitor media coverage, industry developments, and analyst research to inform ongoing strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Leadership, and People teams to ensure consistent messaging.
