Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior finance transformation leader to own end-to-end benefits realization for Accounting COE initiatives and drive sustainable capacity release across the business.

You will ensure global operational health, adherence to SLAs, and scalable execution across regions while partnering with enterprise transformation stakeholders. With 12–15+ years in finance transformation, you will influence senior leaders, negotiate trade-offs, and guide cross-functional teams

Qualifications

12–15+ years of experience in finance transformation or COE operations.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders across regions.
Ability to lead cross-functional change in complex environments and operate under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end benefits realization for Accounting COE initiatives; validate savings and prevent leakage.
Ensure global COE operational health with stable delivery and scalable models across regions.
Advise on enterprise process/system transformations, ensuring feasible, scalable solutions for Accounting execution.
Lead high-risk, high-visibility issues to containment and sustained fixes with clear ownership.
Bring external benchmarks to define target-state performance and translate into pragmatic roadmaps.
Undertake ad-hoc cross-functional initiatives to support operational priorities.
