Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Global Accounting Operations Director to lead end-to-end benefits realization for Accounting COE initiatives and drive capacity release across regions.

You will ensure SLA adherence, support enterprise process transformations, and steer cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders. You will own operational risk management, benchmark against external standards, and guide strategic roadmaps for best-in-class COE performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA preferred, MBA advantageous.
• >12–15+ years of experience in finance transformation, COE, or large-scale operations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end benefits realization for Accounting COE initiatives and ensures savings are embedded into operations.
• Accountable for global COE operational health, ensuring SLA adherence and scalable models.
• Advises enterprise process transformations to ensure operational feasibility and cross-functional alignment.
• Leads resolution of high-risk issues affecting operational continuity and control environment.
• Brings external benchmarks to define target-state performance and roadmaps.
• Undertakes ad-hoc cross-functional initiatives to support priorities and performance.
