Job summary

ITMAX SYSTEM BERHAD in Kuala Lumpur seeks a GIS Technical Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of GIS data, process CAD drawings into Geodatabase formats, and support enterprise GIS operations.

You will review underground utility mapping and GPR reports to ensure compliance with project requirements and technical standards, collaborating with Land Surveyors, Esri Support, and internal teams to maintain reliable data and systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in GIS or related field.
Experience in GIS data processing, CAD QA/QC, and data management.
Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS and enterprise GIS platforms.
Understanding of CAD formats, Geodatabase, coordinate systems, and data validation.
Knowledge of ETL workflows for GIS data conversion and integration.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

Perform QA/QC on CAD drawings from Land Surveyors to ensure client requirements and standards.
Process and convert CAD drawings into Geodatabase data with validation and publishing.
Use ETL tools to support GIS data integration and workflow automation.
Review underground utility mapping and GPR reports for accuracy and compliance.
Provide GIS technical support and troubleshoot enterprise GIS systems.
Collaborate with Esri Support and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
Maintain documentation of GIS data processing procedures and resolutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality GIS deliverables.
