Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a German-speaking O2C Analyst to support collection activities and manage assigned portfolios. This on-site role in PJ Selangor may also be remote, covering mainly German portfolios with potential expansion to other portfolios based on workload.

Reporting to the EMEA Collection Manager, you will drive timely payments, engage with Sales and Customer Service, and ensure KPI achievement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: 2–3 years in the related field.
Language: Fluent in German (B2).
Good written and spoken English.
Shift hours: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM MYT.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

Touch base with delinquent customers via calls & emails to drive collections and maintain relationships.
Manage daily inbound calls from stakeholders to address queries.
Manage daily order releases by partnering with Credit team.
Engage with Sales & Customer Service to identify and resolve problems impacting collections.
Perform reconciliation of customer accounts and timely clearance of Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos.
