Job summary

Pall Corporation in Malaysia is seeking an O2C Analyst (German Speaker) to support collections for German portfolios and collaborate with Credit, Sales and Customer Service to ensure timely payments and KPI achievement.

This on-site role based in PJ Selangor offers the chance to work in a global life sciences leader with SAP S4 Hana proficiency and strong German and English communication, with potential remote options as workload allows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in O2C/collections.
• Fluent in German (B2) and good English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
• Ability to work 1:00 PM–10:00 PM MYT shift.

Responsibilities

• Touch base with delinquent customers via calls & emails to drive collections and maintain relationships.
• Manage daily inbound calls from stakeholders to address queries.
• Manage daily order releases by partnering with Credit team.
• Engage with Sales & Customer Service to resolve problems impacting collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and clear Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos.
