Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a German-speaking O2C Analyst to support collection activities and manage assigned portfolios. This on-site role in PJ Selangor may also be remote, covering mainly German portfolios with potential expansion to other portfolios based on workload.

Reporting to the EMEA Collection Manager, you will drive timely payments, engage with Sales and Customer Service, and ensure KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 2–3 years in the related field.
• Language: Fluent in German (B2).
• Good written and spoken English.
• Shift hours: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM MYT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Touch base with delinquent customers via calls & emails to drive collections and maintain relationships.
• Manage daily inbound calls from stakeholders to address queries.
• Manage daily order releases by partnering with Credit team.
• Engage with Sales & Customer Service to identify and resolve problems impacting collections.
• Perform reconciliation of customer accounts and timely clearance of Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos.

The Pall O2C Analyst (German Speaker) is responsible for supporting collection activities by managing assigned portfolios and executing effective collection strategies. Your role plays a critical part in ensuring timely customer payments and achieving the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs).

This position reports to the EMEA Collection Manager and is part of the Pall EMEA O2C Team located in PJ Selangor and will be an on-site role. OR and will be fully remote. OR working remotely to cover mainly German portfolio but subsequently additional portfolio will be assigned in considering the workload.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Touch base with delinquent customers via calls & emails to drive collections & maintain customer relationships.
• Manage daily inbound calls from stakeholders to address queries.
• Manage daily order releases by partnering with Credit team.
• Stakeholder engagement with Sales & Customer Service in identifying and resolving problems impacting collections, i.e. dispute resolution & contract issues.
• Perform reconciliation of customer’s accounts, and timely clearance of Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant certifications are a plus.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Language: - Fluent in both written and spoken in German (Minimum B2)
• Good written and spoken English.
• Shift hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM MYT.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in a Shared Service environment
• Operating knowledge of ERP system – SAP S4 Hana
