Job summary

GEOTECHNICAL ALLIANCE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee piling, geotechnical, and construction projects from inception through completion in Malaysia.

You will lead project teams, manage subcontractors and stakeholders, ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget control while maintaining quality standards across all phases of the project lifecycle. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning will be essential to deliver complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in piling, geotechnical, foundation, soil improvement, or construction projects.
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager role managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of piling works, foundation systems, geotechnical engineering, and construction practices.
• Proven track record in project planning, cost control, contract management, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage piling, geotechnical, foundation, and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate project resources, including manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, cost performance, and project risks.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Manage contract administration, variation orders, claims, and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams to achieve project objectives.
