Job summary

LEIGHTON ASIA PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Principal-Geotechnics (Assistant Manager) to lead the Construction Phase Services portfolio focused on ground engineering in Malaysia.

You will guide the team and collaborate with stream and regional General Managers to ensure the portfolio has the right people to deliver on its business plan. You will develop and deliver the approved portfolio strategy, drive performance, value creation and innovation, and build capability across CIMIC Operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering is highly desirable.
• 7–8 years of experience in the engineering consulting or construction industry including at least 3 years in a senior or management role.
• Exposure to multi-discipline engineering or construction delivery.
• Experience working on major tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Phase Services (CPS) portfolio (ground engineering).
• Work with stream and regional General Managers to develop capabilities, knowledge, skills and attitude to ensure that portfolio has the right people to deliver on its business plan.
• Develop and deliver on the approved portfolio strategy / business plan and drive the business performance, value creation and innovation.
• Build capability in portfolio and CIMIC Operating Companies.
