Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Outreach Operations specialist to support the Geo Data Upload initiative. You will conduct city-specific research and outreach to government and non-government entities to enhance a global mapping platform.

You will apply business development and relationship-building skills to communicate mutually beneficial opportunities to partners and project teams, while managing data submissions and tracking outreach progress across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

0-1 year of experience in digital/tech companies with tech products.
Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese.
Fluent English.
Experience in Business Development and B2B partnerships/sales, customer service.
Experience working in digital/tech companies with tech products.
Expertise in Salesforce.com; Google Drive.
Knowledge in Geographic Information System tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct research in assigned cities across geographies to collate data for a global mapping platform.
Outreach to government and non-government entities to share basemap data via the Geo Data Upload Tool.
Liaise between external partners and stakeholder teams to convey requirements and updates.
Report project status and insights on partner expectations and data gaps.
Manage and track all data submissions with partners and internal teams.
Update information in internal planning tools and logs of outreach activities.
Document deliverables such as partners contacted and data sets submitted.
Address and resolve external partner queries related to the project.
Troubleshoot data format and pipeline issues; understand data structures.
Oversee data pipeline from partner data capture to launch schedules ensuring quality.
Utilize internal and third-party tools to engage with new partners and track communications.
