Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is hiring a Business Development Manager - AI Solutions to drive the adoption of Generative AI and automation in hiring and productivity solutions. You will engage SMEs and enterprises, lead a consultative sales process, and build a robust sales pipeline to meet targets.

The role requires 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in recruitment, HRTech, or IT services, with strong communication and presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Malaysian Citizens/PR/RP with valid work visa (visa sponsorship not available).
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in recruitment, HRTech, or IT services.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B selling.
• Ability to generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Experience managing a structured sales process from lead to closure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through consultative solution selling.
