Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia Digital-certified leader in AI and data engineering, seeks an AI Engineer to spearhead the OPAL recruitment platform. You will oversee UI dashboards in React, design advanced AI pipelines, and deploy production-grade AI services.

Collaborate with the founding team to push recruitment tech forward. The role requires building end-to-end AI solutions, integrating external APIs, and delivering complete applications from UI to database to AI pipeline.

Qualifications

Experience building production GenAI/RAG systems with end-to-end delivery.
Strong Python and JavaScript/React development background.
Backend experience with FastAPI and REST APIs; database familiarity with PostgreSQL and vector search.
Hands-on with external APIs (Claude/OpenAI) and embeddings pipelines.

Responsibilities

Develop React dashboards for recruiters and hiring managers.
Design UI/UX for filters, analytics, and candidate insights.
Create FastAPI web services with REST API endpoints.
Manage report generation, data handling, and cron jobs.
Build Python-based AI processing pipelines for CV scoring and reports.
Implement RAG pipelines with chunking, embeddings and vector search.
Conduct semantic candidate-job fit analysis using pgvector hybrid search.
Integrate AI agents via LangGraph, CrewAI, and N8N for autonomous workflows.
Utilize GPT Vision for document parsing and multimodal processing.
Handle tool-calling, memory management, and multi-step agent orchestration.
Use Supabase/PostgreSQL with pgvector for hybrid search; integrate ATS and APIs.
