Job summary

ADAS HIGHTEX SDN. BHD. is seeking a general laborer for construction site work in Kuching, Sarawak. You will perform general labor and construction-related tasks as assigned, load/unload materials, maintain site cleanliness, and follow site safety rules.

You will operate basic hand tools, wear PPE, and assist with groundwork; forklift operation is a plus. The role requires adherence to schedules and supervision, and a proactive approach to supporting site operations.

Qualifications

• General labor and construction-related tasks.
• Able to perform work at height for roofing, painting and welding.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the project site.
• Remove debris, waste materials, and other site hazards.
• Assist in site preparation and other groundwork activities.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with project schedules.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations, procedures, and company policies.
• Wear and maintain the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Support other site operations as required to ensure project completion.
• Able to operate forklift would be advantageous.
