Responsibilities

1. Involve and comment on concept & planning of new product.
2. Plan for all sales launches, property exhibitions, promotional events, innovative sales packages and all S&M related activities.
3. Monitor cost efficiency of Advertising & Promotion activities.
4. Comment on artist impression drawing (AI), scale models, posters, website, video presentation, billboards, etc.
5. Monitor market studies and survey compilation on a regular basic.
6. Monitor and submit weekly & monthly sales reports, management reports, and monthly sales target status.
7. Monitor loan application tracking
8. Regular sites visit and branches visit.
