The ideal candidate will drive factory setup and production management, developing a strong local team and ensuring effective collaboration with HQ. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and over 8 years of experience in the electromechanical manufacturing industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong communication skills with fluency in Chinese and Malaysian are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the electromechanical manufacturing industry, including 3+ years as a General Manager.
• Strong understanding of factory operations, production management, cost control, and quality management.
• Proven success in building an electromechanical manufacturing plant from 0 to 1.
• Fluency in communication with Chinese and Malaysian colleagues.

• Engage with local authorities for factory setup and compliance.
