Job summary

Pride Global is seeking an experienced General Manager – Machining Division to lead multi-site operations across Malaysia and Singapore. The role focuses on CNC machining, precision engineering, and achieving process excellence, with P&L and KPI oversight.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in manufacturing, 8–10 years in senior leadership within machining, and a proven track record managing regional plants. Strong exposure to aerospace or high-precision industries is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of manufacturing / precision engineering experience.
• 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in machining operations.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional manufacturing plants.
• Strong exposure to CNC machining and related high-precision engineering industries.
