Seon Lim (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a General Clerk in Ipoh to support sales and admin tasks. You will issue invoices, prepare customer statements, update records, and follow up on orders, while communicating with customers in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin as needed.

The role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work under supervision. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma or equivalent, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Candidate must have at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
• Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin; Mandarin fluency preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Jobbeschreibung

To perform tasks assigned by Manager in line with Company's goals and objectives.

Report daily unusual activities to Manager.

Issue invoices to customers.

Issue monthly customer statements.

Update customer files with issued invoices.

Process credit or debit note.

Update the customer master file with contact information.

Provide quotation and cost to customers.

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.

To follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates (ie. issue DO).

Liaise with Finance Department.

Job Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidate must be able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision.

Willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan, Ipoh, Perak.

Working Hours:-

Monday - Friday: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.

Saturday: 8.30 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.
