Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, DS, or related field.
• Passionate about AI, ML, GenAI, and intelligent automation.
• Curious and adaptable, eager to learn emerging AI technologies.
• Interested in building AI products, not only training models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid prototyping.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiar with GenAI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, evaluation, Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning and Generative AI solutions to automate factory and business processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning and multi-step workflows.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) apps using enterprise data and vector databases.
• Create prompt workflows and evaluation frameworks for LLMs.
• Undertake data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering on structured and unstructured data.
• Develop AI-native applications that integrate LLMs, APIs, and factory data sources.
• Analyze large data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Build predictive models, intelligent recommendations, and autonomous monitoring solutions.
• Evaluate GenAI solutions for accuracy, relevance, safety, and business impact.
• Present findings using modern data visualization and AI storytelling techniques.
