Job summary

DHL Express Malaysia is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to lead a team of supervisors, team leads and operations agents, ensuring service standards are met in a safe and secure manner.

You will coordinate shift operations to meet demand, respond quickly to issues, drive continuous improvement, monitor ground handler and warehouse performance, and develop KPIs with team members to foster a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma (or equivalent) required with 3–5 years of operations experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Exhibits ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• Strong relationship skills to network across multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of supervisors, team leads and operations agents to meet service standards safely.
• Coordinate shift operations to meet demand and ensure high service quality.
• Respond quickly to issues and make effective decisions during shifts.
• Identify training needs and drive career development for the team.
• Develop KPIs with team members and monitor performance.
• Ensure close communication between functions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor equipment and warehouse performance and complete necessary reports.
• Enforce shipment security measures and controls.
