Caterpillar Inc. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced technician to operate, plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gas turbine generating, compression, and ancillary equipment.

The role involves following defined instructions with increasing independence as you develop technical and safety qualifications. You will document maintenance activities, participate in safety briefings, and assist with planning and root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Meets physical requirements for position.
• Complete and maintain required safety training & "Authorized Employee" qualifications.
• Complete and maintain required technical training and qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Operate, plan and conduct preventive/corrective maintenance on gas turbine generating, compression, and ancillary equipment.
• Maintain daily work logs and maintenance records.
• Support safety meetings and toolbox talks; ensure safe work environment.
• Assist with documentation in CMMS for maintenance history and parts usage.
