Job summary

Maxsu Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated gantry crane operator to join our factory team in Kulai, Johor. This role focuses on safe lifting, placement of materials, and adherence to all safety procedures.

• Experience operating a gantry crane is preferred.
• Able to speak and understand Mandarin is required.
• Valid gantry crane/operator certificate or relevant competency certificate is an advantage.
• Able to operate the crane safely and responsibly.
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Fresh candidates with relevant training may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate gantry crane safely to lift, move and position materials.
• Load and unload materials according to work instructions.
• Check the crane, lifting equipment and accessories before operation.
• Ensure materials are properly secured before lifting.
• Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations at all times.
• Perform basic daily inspection and report any crane defects or issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams during material movement.
• Keep the working area clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
