GETO Global Construction Tech Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring for a Full-time forklift operator to support loading and unloading of aluminium formwork and related materials on site in Nilai. You will follow safety procedures, conduct pre-operation checks, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries.
The role requires a valid forklift license, ability to maintain clean operator cabin, complete documentation, and participate in 5S on-site.

Responsible for the loading and unloading of aluminium formwork, accessories, profiles, and other materials.
Strictly comply with the Forklift Safety Operating Procedures and operate the forklift only with a valid license. Conduct pre-operation inspections of the forklift, including brakes, lights, horn, hydraulic system, tyres, fuel/battery level, and other safety components. Control the forklift speed during operation. The speed limit within the factory premises is 5-10 km/h. Slow down and sound the horn when turning, approaching intersections, or operating in areas with high pedestrian traffic. Strictly prohibited from carrying passengers, allowing personnel to stand under raised forks, or operating the forklift under the influence of alcohol.
Perform daily three-stage forklift inspections: before operation, during operation, and after operation. Clean the forklift regularly and maintain a clean and tidy vehicle body and operator cabin. Refill fuel or recharge the battery and replenish hydraulic oil, coolant, and other necessary fluids as required. Immediately stop operation and report any equipment malfunction or safety hazard. Do not operate a defective or unsafe forklift. Assist maintenance personnel with scheduled servicing and maintenance.
Clean up scattered materials, packaging materials, timber, and other debris promptly after completing loading and unloading activities. Park the forklift at the designated area, lower the forks to the ground, engage the handbrake, and switch off the power. Keep loading and unloading areas and access routes clear. Do not obstruct fire exits, emergency exits, or safety access routes. Return tools, pallets, timber supports, and other equipment to their designated locations and keep them properly organized.
Accurately complete the Forklift Operation Record, Daily Vehicle Inspection Checklist, Loading/Unloading Handover Form, and other relevant documents. Assist the Warehouse Executive/Storekeeper in verifying physical goods against system inventory and inbound/outbound records. Promptly report any discrepancies in quantity, damaged goods, incorrect product models/specifications, or other issues. Do not take unauthorized action.
Work closely with warehouse personnel, loading/unloading workers, and lorry drivers to complete loading and unloading activities efficiently. Assist the production department in the transportation of semi-finished and finished goods. Follow the supervisor's work assignments and prioritize urgent delivery and shipment requirements.
