Job summary

UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an entry-level Operations Associate to support daily gaming operations and customer service activities.

You will verify customer accounts, monitor performance, escalate suspicious activity, and assist with bonuses, campaigns, and reports. The role requires good English and Bahasa, with Chinese as an advantage, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening in English and Bahasa; Chinese a plus.
• 0–2 years in operations, customer support, or online platforms (gaming a plus).
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily gaming operations, including game performance and system functionality.
• Assist in managing customers' accounts, including account verification and basic issue resolution.
• Monitor and escalate suspicious activity in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention policies.
• Support bonus setup, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Prepare daily operational and performance reports.
• Coordinate with customer support, payments, risk, and technical teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in game content updates and back-office system management.
• Support incident reporting and documentation.
