Job summary

AFFIN is seeking an experienced FX & FX Options Trader to lead the desk’s trading of proprietary FX, rates and derivatives in Malaysia. You will manage the FX Metro book, quote pricing to clients, and support sales with market making and customer relations.

The role requires a degree in a related field plus at least five years of FX/FX Options trading experience, with strong stress tolerance and swift decision making in a fast-paced Treasury environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
• Certificate/License from Persatuan Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia.
• Minimum 5 years FX/FX Options trading experience.

Responsibilities

• Run proprietary FX, FX Options, rates, derivatives and cross markets trading to generate profits.
• Manage FX Metro book and quote competitive pricing to internal/external customers.
• Support Sales with market making and relationship building.
