Job summary

OSL in Malaysia is seeking an experienced FX Liquidity Manager to oversee day-to-day foreign exchange operations, execute hedging strategies, and optimize liquidity across global payment rails to support rapid cross-border transactions.

You will manage multi-currency cash flows, monitor rate movements, build relationships with banks and liquidity providers, and work with product, risk, and engineering teams to launch new payout corridors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FX trading, treasury or liquidity management.
• Experience in fintech PSP or global financial institutions preferred.
• Knowledge of FX hedging techniques and exposure management.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-currency liquidity and FX transactions.
• Direct cash flows across banks, gateways and liquidity providers.
• Monitor rate movements and hedge exposure.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and crypto rails.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to optimize payout corridors.
