Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline (Business, Science, or Engineering preferred)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience
• Demonstrated leadership potential through active participation in extracurricular activities or internships
• Strong learning agility, self-motivation, and a growth mindset
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to embrace cross-functional challenges and rotations
• Proficiency in Mandarin required; good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia essential
