Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• 10 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience with mass production of furniture or related industries preferred
• Able to read CAD production technical drawings
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu

Responsibilities

• Technical Knowledge Transfer from Chinese specialists to local staff
• Design and run structured training programmes and assessments
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process flowcharts, and quality checklists
• Identify bottlenecks and drive productivity improvements
• Train staff on quality standards and defect prevention
• Bridge communication between Chinese specialists and production/technical departments
