Job summary

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes including CAD/CAM and CNC machining.
Excellent project management skills and ability to lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and inspire engineers and carpenters to foster collaboration and accountability.
Define and execute the engineering and technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Develop strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Establish and maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance across production.
Provide mentorship and professional development to team members.
Manage engineering projects from conception to completion with timely delivery.
