Job summary

PCA Group Sdn. Bhd. invites an experienced leader to head the design, manufacturing and delivery of retail furniture, fixtures, shelving and store fittings for global customers.

You will oversee end-to-end fabrication, coordinate engineering, procurement, production and QA teams to ensure timely, safe and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering or Furniture Design and has 10+ years in furniture manufacturing, with proficiency in design software and strong English

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Furniture Design or equivalent technical discipline.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience in furniture, shop systems, retail fixtures or related industries.
• Strong track record delivering results in fast-paced, project-driven manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in furniture design software with good written and spoken English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end furniture fabrication and manufacturing operations to meet client specifications, quality, budget and timelines.
• Lead production teams to optimize workflows, improve productivity and minimize downtime.
• Oversee the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, production and QA teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

The Job

Lead the design, manufacturing and delivery of retail furniture, fixtures, shelving, display units and store fittings for global retail customers

Work closely with global clients on concept, design, cost, functionality and safety requirements.

Develop flat-pack / knock-down furniture solutions incorporating the latest international retail design trends and “look & feel”.

Drive timely, cost-effective and quality delivery while achieving safety, compliance, operational excellence and business profitability.
