Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a team leader or group leader role.
• Banking/FinTech project experience or industry exposure.
• DevOps / System Operations background.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English; Mandarin Chinese and/or Vietnamese beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong Java 11+ knowledge and Spring Framework experience.
• Databases (SQL, ORM, NoSQL) and engines (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Linux, Bash, Docker and Kubernetes familiarity.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and design patterns.
• Application performance analysis and optimization skills.

Skills & Requirements

Fullstack Java Devops & Techlead/Team leader:

• Experience in leadership role such as team leader or group leader
• Experience with Banking/FinTech projects or industries
• Experience with DevOps / System Operations
• Expected experience range at least 5-10 years relevant experience
• Fluency in English required
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Vietnamese
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science field
• Solid Java 11+ knowledge
• Practical experience with Spring Framework
