Job summary

KK Super Mart Bandar Puncak Alam is seeking a full-time Shop Assistant to support inventory control, customer service, and store operations. The role requires ability to handle goods, maintain cleanliness, and operate POS systems, with emphasis on safety and asset care.

The ideal candidate has SPM/ Diploma or equivalent, with 1–3 years in retail and preferred supervisory exposure. Furniture and equipment handling skills are a plus, along with reliable transportation for shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods and manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all store equipment and machines per procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store assets and property.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel as needed.
• Uphold and maintain KK Supermart's image and reputation at all times.
