Job summary

Ruangguru.com is seeking qualified educators to join MT Akademia as coaches and mentors, delivering engaging lessons and supporting teaching skills under the Academic Team guidance.

You will conduct tutoring sessions, classroom teaching, and Curriculum support, while developing teaching materials and collaborating with regional teams to share best practices and ensure high-quality student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
