Job summary

• Have experience in teaching USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success; 1 year preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Innovative and creative teaching methods, including blended learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including buddying MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct student/parent consulting with Student Advisors to map academic pathways.
• Lead Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions with regional teams and share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classrooms with high-quality instruction and engaging experiences.
• Fulfill minimum session targets including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
