Job summary

K3 Advisory Group is recruiting a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help design, build and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs that support teams across our brands.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment from KL Sentral and at home, collaborating with engineers, advisors and clients to deliver measurable outcomes while upholding governance, security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Solid front-end experience with React, Angular or Vue.
• Strong back-end skills in .NET, Node.js or Python.
• Proficient in SQL and Azure cloud services.
• Strong focus on secure coding, automated testing and CI/CD.
• Clear English communication and delivery-focused mindset.

Group Technology builds shared platforms, data foundations and AI-assisted products that scale across these businesses while accommodating local variation. Engineers in this team work close to commercial outcomes, with direct visibility of advisors, partners and clients.

The Opportunity

We’re building a new generation of internal applications and services that transform how our business operates. This isn’t maintenance work, it’s product engineering that makes a visible difference to performance and profitability. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you’ll help design, build and deploy cloud-native applications and APIs that support teams across our brands.

• You’ll work in a pragmatic, fast-moving environment where decisions are made quickly and impact is measured in real business results.

• You’ll develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack using modern web and cloud technologies.

• Build and maintain APIs and event-driven microservices that scale and integrate seamlessly with our ecosystem.

• Design for performance, reliability, and observability from the outset, including metrics, tracing, and alerting.

• Participate in architecture discussions, peer reviews, and design sprints, ensuring technical quality and maintainability.

• Continuously improve our engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery practices, actively use Vibe coding.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial software engineering (we’re open to mid-level and senior engineers).

• Solid experience in at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).

• Strong back-end expertise in .NET, Node.js, Python.

• Competence in SQL and experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred).

• Strong grounding in secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• Clear communication skills, with a strong command of both spoken and written English and a focus on practical delivery, not theoretical perfection.
