Qualifications

• 3–5+ years applying AI, ML, or data science in production environments.
• Strong Python experience, including modern ML/AI libraries.
• Experience with LLM application development, including prompt management.
• Familiarity with model monitoring and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-assisted features for K3 users.
• Implement evaluation suites for tools and models.
• Collaborate with data engineers on metric definitions.
• Explain AI model behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
