Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications across cloud-native and hybrid environments in Malaysia.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with stakeholder engagement, solution architecture, and team development to drive business value through modern digital technologies, Azure, MSSQL, and AI-enabled approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in full stack application development and delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Angular, Node.js, and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise applications in Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL query development, database optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving architecture or design decisions in complex delivery environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing development teams or leading large-scale technology implementations.
• Azure certifications or certifications in modern cloud technologies.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled or Agentic AI solutions within enterprise applications.
• Exposure to distribution, retail, sales, or route-to-market business processes.
• Consulting experience and the ability to engage effectively with senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated interest in research and development, open-source technologies, and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise-scale full stack applications using Angular, Node.js, MSSQL, and Azure technologies.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, establishing best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive application performance optimization across frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure layers.
• Oversee solution architecture, system integration, and production deployment activities to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support innovation initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies, AI-enabled development approaches, and cloud modernization opportunities.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
