Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled engineer in Malaysia to design and implement Route to Market solutions, leveraging Node.js, Angular, MSSQL and Azure SaaS technologies. The role emphasizes technical leadership, client interaction, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across hybrid cloud initiatives.

The candidate will translate business needs into scalable architectures, contribute to security and performance improvements, and participate in opportunities to expand Accenture’s market

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Node.js, Angular, MSSQL, Azure SaaS Platform.
• Experience in Angular, Node.js, and MSSQL, including end-to-end implementation and deployment.
• Strong SQL query design, optimization, and performance tuning for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Experience improving system scalability across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Demonstrates strong interest in R&D, Azure Cloud, and open-source technologies.
• Brings technical leadership capability to guide teams and ensure quality delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of work experience.

• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production Route to Market Agentic AI solutions and ensure all pieces work together.
• Collaborate with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to create standout Route to Market offerings.

• Make the business case for Route to Market solutions to clients.
• Pitch in on Accenture sales efforts when needed.
• Continue to learn and develop technical Route to Market and business expertise.

The Work:

• Build Route to Market solutions that transform clients’ distribution business model.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production Route to Market Agentic AI solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Route to market offerings powered by Accenture.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.
• Make the business case for the Route to Market solution recommended to the clients.
• Pitch in on Accenture sales efforts when needed.
• Continue to learn and develop your technical Route to Market and business expertise.
• Explore new ways of working using AI tools.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Node.js, Angular, MSSQL, Azure Saas Platform, Distributor and retailer functional and technical experience required.
• Experience in Angular, Node.js, and MSSQL, including end-to-end implementation and deployment. Skilled in complex SQL query design, optimization, and performance tuning, with proven ability to support large-scale enterprise applications. Experienced in improving system scalability across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Demonstrates strong interest in R&D, Azure Cloud, and open-source technologies, with hands-on exposure to modern architecture.
• Brings technical leadership capability, able to guide teams, drive design decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery in cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience.

Bonus Points If (not mandatory):

• You have Azure Cloud, latest technology Certification.
• You have external client-facing consulting experience.
