Collaborate with local and global teams, leverage AI to speed delivery, participate in on‑call rotations, and document key technical decisions to ensure seamless handovers and continuity across time zones.

Qualifications

• Java development experience for scalable services.
• React experience for responsive front-end.
• Hands-on TDD/spec-driven development.
• Knowledge of secure coding and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience in distributed, cross-time-zone teams.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools.
• Fluent English for cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance full stack apps using Java and React.
• Maintain and modernize the codebase through upgrades.
• Fix vulnerabilities and remediate security findings promptly.
• Apply secure coding standards across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to plan, deliver, and support releases.
• Use AI tools to speed delivery and improve code quality.
• Provide production support, including on-call rotation.
