Graduan-Masca Career fair 2018 is seeking a Python/Go Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance websites and backend systems. You will plan features, develop, test, and implement new projects, and write technical documentation.

You will collaborate with operations and after‑sales teams to gather feedback, upgrade product modules, and ensure system stability. The role requires at least 3 years in Python or Go, strong backend skills, and experience with Django/Flask/FastAPI,

Formación

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Python or Go Developer.
• Strong experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, Gin, or Echo.
• Backend development, API design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Frontend basics: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, and Vue.js.
• Caching/NoSQL: Redis and MongoDB; handle large data and high concurrency.
• Unix/Linux OS familiarity; tune web app environments.
• Experience with large data volumes, performance optimization, and system stability.
• Familiar with Nginx, load balancing, and reverse proxy; strong problem-solving.

• Involved in the overall planning, feature design, development, system testing, and implementation of new projects.

• Design and develop new feature modules and management tools based on requirements submitted by the after-sales team.

• Provide technical support based on feedback from relevant departments, maintain the stable operation of business systems, and handle system bugs.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required.
