Job summary

iSoftStone in Malaysia is seeking a capable Full Stack Engineer to develop PC and mobile projects, using React and Vue on front-end and Python/Go/Node.js on back-end, with strong emphasis on AI module development.

You will participate in architecture design, code reviews, and ensure reliable deployment, with experience in responsive design and English/Chinese documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-stack development of PC and mobile projects, build front-end interfaces based on React and Vue frameworks; develop back-end APIs with Python, Go or Node.js, complete database design, service deployment and operation and maintenance, and build complete front-end and back-end business systems.
• Empower business with AI technology, develop and iterate intelligent modules such as LLM docking, intelligent interaction, AI visualization and intelligent recommendation, and continuously optimize product interaction and user experience.
• Deeply participate in project requirement analysis, technology selection, architecture design, code review and technical scheme optimization, output standardized technical documents, and continuously iterate and optimize project architecture and development processes.
• Responsible for project front-end engineering construction, version control and automated construction, efficiently troubleshoot online problems, fix bugs and complete version iterations to ensure stable and efficient system operation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree' in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or relevant courses, with at least 2 years of relevant working experiences in Full Stack Engineering.
• Capable of independent full-stack development, proficient in at least one back-end language including Python, Go and Node.js. Familiar with database design, business interface development, service deployment and operation and maintenance, able to independently implement small and medium-sized full-stack projects.
• Familiar with mainstream front-end engineering tools (Webpack, Vite, Gulp), Git version control tools and CI/CD automated processes, with standardized and standardized engineering development habits.
• Possess practical capabilities in AI application implementation, familiar with LLM API docking and Prompt engineering; experience in RAG retrieval enhancement, intelligent dialogue and AI automation business scenarios is preferred.
• Proficient in responsive layout and mobile terminal adaptation technology, with good awareness of user experience and interaction design optimization.
• Possess good architectural thinking, problem-solving ability and teamwork spirit with excellent communication skills, able to complete daily work docking and document writing in both Chinese and English.
