Job summary

IMEC Hygiene is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Malaysia to manage the full set of accounts. The role includes handling AP/AR, preparing invoices and payments, and performing bank reconciliations and monthly closings with basic management reports.

Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SST. Independent, responsible and detail-oriented individuals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full set accounts is required.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in SST is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, payments and bank reconciliation.
• Handle monthly closing and prepare basic management reports.
• Assist with audit, tax, SST and e-Invoice matters.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Accounts Manager.
