Job summary

Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and oversee all guest arrival/departure experiences, reservations coordination, guest services, and front desk operations. You will work to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and strong operational performance, reporting to the Rooms Division Manager and General Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years hotel experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and is fluent in English

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading Front Office teams (Reception, Guest Services, Concierge).
• Strong leadership to direct teams and ensure hotel standards.
• Experience managing guest satisfaction, service recovery and guest journey.
• Mastery of hotel property management systems and front office tech.
• Experience in international chain hotels with 230+ rooms preferred.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or related field.
• 5–6 years hotel experience with at least 2 years in supervisory/management roles.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other local languages a plus.
• Must hold valid Malaysia working permit.

Responsibilities
