Job summary

Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil is hiring a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and oversee guest arrivals, departures, reservations and guest services, ensuring smooth front desk operations and high guest satisfaction. You will coordinate rooms-related service delivery and work to optimize operational performance.

The role reports to the Rooms Division Manager and General Manager. Candidates should have 5–6 years in hotels, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity,

Qualifications

• Demonstrate leadership coaching Front Office staff including Reception and Guest Services.
• Proven track record in achieving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in fast-paced hotel environments.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia; other local languages advantageous.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or related administration required.
• Minimum 5–6 years in hotel experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
