Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent certificates or experience.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in as Manager.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
• Able to work effectively under high pressure.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on public holidays and shift rotations when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform any ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by superiors.
• Ensure that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Manage guest complaints or special requests and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Lead and supervise the front office team.
• Train and coach staff members to enhance their customer service skills and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
• Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure adequate staffing during peak and off-peak times.
• Attend weekly management meeting.
